These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the KAIROIN Systems website, forms, demonstrations, services, and communications (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using KAIROIN, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Purpose of the Services

KAIROIN provides digital systems, information exchange, communication, demonstrations, and service coordination as made available from time to time. This may include the MYTHICMODE demonstration and related inquiry or support experiences.

KAIROIN does not act as a lender, broker, fiduciary, or financial intermediary unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement applicable to a specific service.

3. Access & Availability

Access to KAIROIN may be provided through websites, forms, invitations, approvals, demonstrations, or account credentials. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services when reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, or maintenance purposes.

• Access is personal and may not be transferred without authorization
• Unauthorized use, access, or credential sharing is prohibited
• We may restrict access to protect users, systems, or platform integrity

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access controls
• Scrape, reverse engineer, probe, or access the Services by unauthorized automated means
• Interfere with system performance, availability, or other users
• Misrepresent your identity, authority, intent, or relationship with another person or business
• Use the Services in a manner that infringes the rights of KAIROIN or any third party

5. Communications

KAIROIN may communicate with you using the contact information you provide. Email communications may be sent from addresses associated with KAIROIN Systems, including [email protected].

SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted in. If you opt in, you may receive customer care and informational text messages from KAIROIN Systems (Lease Landing, LLC) regarding your inquiry and the MYTHICMODE demonstration.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

SMS communications are governed by our SMS Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

6. SMS Program Conditions

Participation in the KAIROIN SMS program is limited to users who provide explicit, affirmative consent through a clearly labeled opt-in mechanism. SMS consent is optional and is separate from general form submission.

All content, branding, software, interfaces, designs, documentation, systems, demonstrations, and other materials provided through KAIROIN are owned by or licensed to Lease Landing, LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected materials without prior written permission, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party websites, software, platforms, or service providers. KAIROIN does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, terms, privacy practices, or content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties, express or implied, concerning uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lease Landing, LLC and KAIROIN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of or inability to use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for misuse, violations of these Terms, security concerns, unlawful activity, nonpayment where applicable, or operational necessity.

13. Changes to the Services or These Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Relationship to Other Policies

These Terms operate alongside our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms of Use.

The SMS Terms govern the specific operation of the SMS messaging program, and the Privacy Policy governs the handling of personal information. These Terms govern general use of the KAIROIN Services.
